Ingredients

  • 300 grams shredded cooked chicken
  • 200 grams cabbage, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 grams green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by shredding the cooked chicken and chopping the cabbage and green onions.
  2. In a crockpot, combine shredded chicken, chopped cabbage, sliced ginger, minced garlic, and chicken broth.
  3. Add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, stir in chopped green onions before serving.
