  • 4 large bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 500g ground turkey
  • 200g cooked brown rice
  • 150g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 400g tomato sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the bell peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds. Place them in the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked brown rice, crumbled feta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff each pepper with the turkey mixture, pressing down gently to pack them in.
  4. Pour tomato sauce over the stuffed peppers in the crockpot, ensuring they are well coated.
