Ingredients

  • 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 200 grams canned artichoke hearts, drained
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients: chicken breasts, artichoke hearts, lemon, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  3. Add artichoke hearts around the chicken.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and artichokes.
  5. Slice lemon and place the slices on top.
