  • 1.5 kg pork shoulder
  • 60 ml jerk seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cm ginger, minced
  • 240 ml pineapple juice
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 pineapple, chopped into chunks

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the jerk marinade by mixing together the jerk seasoning, garlic, ginger, pineapple juice, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  2. Rub the marinade all over the pork shoulder, ensuring it is well-coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
