Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breasts, diced
  • 250g andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 large bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 400g canned diced tomatoes
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • 250g long-grain rice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. In the crockpot, add diced chicken breasts, sliced andouille sausage, diced bell peppers, diced onions, and diced celery.
