  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 200g sticky rice
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the marinade. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
