Ingredients

  • 500 grams pork
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting 500 grams of pork into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of gochujang, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
  3. Coat the pork pieces with the gochujang mixture, making sure each piece is well covered.
