Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (about 600g)
  • 200g orzo pasta
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Sliced lemons for garnish
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
