Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork tenderloin
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 350 g carrots, peeled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
