  • 8 cups of cubed bread (preferably day-old)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts
