Ingredients

  • 500 grams lean ground turkey
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 750 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 150 grams olives, pitted
  • 2 teaspoons Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lean ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
