Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 113 g butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chuck roast generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. Place the roast in the crockpot and add the ranch seasoning on top.
  3. Sprinkle the au jus mix over the roast.
