Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 200 g dried apricots, chopped
  • 100 g almonds
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 500 ml beef broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the beef cubes with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the beef on all sides.
  2. Transfer the browned beef to the crockpot.
  3. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and ginger to the skillet and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
