Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 180ml fresh orange juice
  • 60ml soy sauce
  • 40g honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic to make the glaze.
  3. Pour the glaze over the chicken in the crockpot and stir to coat.
