Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg beef ribs
  • 100 ml pomegranate molasses
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef ribs by trimming excess fat and seasoning with salt and pepper.
