Ingredients

  • 500g lean ground turkey
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • Sesame seeds and fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and panko breadcrumbs. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
