  • 500g dried navy beans
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 120ml maple syrup
  • 60ml molasses
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Water as needed
