Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 400 g canned tomatoes
  • 300 ml tomato sauce
  • 750 ml beef or vegetable broth
  • 150 g rice (uncooked)
  • 1 small head of cabbage, leaves separated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large crockpot, combine the ground meat, diced onions, chopped garlic, and bell peppers.
