Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 250g ground pork
  • 100g bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Egg noodles, cooked for serving
  • Lingonberry jam for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
