Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans
  • 6 large tortillas
  • 500 milliliters enchilada sauce
  • 200 grams shredded cheese
  • Sour cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the beef along with one can of black beans (drained) and mix thoroughly.
  3. In the crockpot, layer tortillas on the bottom, followed by half the beef mixture.
  4. Spread a layer of enchilada sauce over the beef and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers: tortillas, remaining beef mixture, enchilada sauce, and cheese.
