Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground turkey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil, chopped
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 30 ml honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped Thai basil, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
