Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground turkey
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime juice (to taste)
  • Sliced red chili for garnish

Instructions

  1. In the crockpot, add 500 grams of ground turkey.
  2. Chop 2 cucumbers into thin slices and add them to the pot.
  3. Add 1 liter of chicken broth and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce.
  4. Include 2 teaspoons of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger.
  5. Stir in 1 cup of Thai basil leaves.
