Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (about 400g)
  • 1 cup orzo pasta (about 170g)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (about 70g)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (about 60g)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth (about 950ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese for garnishing
